Thorough text

I was recommended this text by a professor. Unfortunately it is out of print, as the author passed away, but the author did a very good job of explaining concepts. In a few spots some clarification could be used but I have not thoroughly worked through the book yet. If you are looking for a text to go deeper than Pierret's "Semiconductor Device Fundamentals" then this is for you.
