I'd give it an A-, maybe a B+.

It's a pretty decent book. We used this as one of several refreshers for college algebra for my wife, and it fits the bill pretty well. The only complaint I had was about 40% of the sections had at least one wrong answer in the back of the book. It was easy enough to determine that they were missing negatives in the questions, or used a different number in an equation, but aside from that, it was complete enough that my wife is confident once again in her algebra to tackle the math portion of going back to college.

I haven't been to school in 20+ years, and I was a drop out on top of that but let me tell you, These books have given me the confidence I need in the area of math! So glad I bought this book!

Advanced topics reviews in a quick, clear format
